A challenging, and fun way to make an ordinary run into a more vigorous workout! An obstacle race is engaging for everyone, whether a fresher or veteran, young or old. When you decide your group wants to join in, you should choose a race that allows flexibility with the location, the difficulty including the distance of the course. At Born Stars we offer convenient locations, and various obstacle levels for children between 5th to 12th grade. The obstacles themselves can range from 10 to 20 in number, depending on the skill of the participants. So you get to decide what works best for your young people (Born Stars!). And your students get to test and improve their endurance. Once you do one obstacle race, you want to retest yourself very soon, to show and know where you could excel and where you could do better. It is a bit addictive :). In fact, we are quite certain you will be looking to race with Born Stars again and again!
